Blatant Profiteering?First of all, I am generally happy with my 4yr service I had done recently, even though this is vastly overpriced compared with the Hyundai dealer I bought from. What I am unhappy with, is what appears to be a blatant attempt to quote for work that did not need doing. After service I was quoted for 100% worn front and back discs and pads at about 700. Hugely overpriced. On a second (and previous) opinion, I was told that all I really needed to replace was front pads, with a few thousand miles left on rear pads, and not enough wear on any discs to advise replacement. Work was eventually completed for around 100. This is extremely underhand, and gives your whole industry a bad name. Even had the nerve to tell me at first they believed the car was too dangerous for the delivery driver to drive it back to me. After saying I would be happy to pick it up, they changed their minds and he drove it home (maybe something to do with his car being parked at my house and requiring an additional hand to get back?). If the brakes were as worn as your salesperson suggested, would you really risk the safety of your driver? You need to sort this out! Highly recommend either using another dealer.

Fantastic service from start to finish with buying a car. Called Steve on used cars, who arranged me a test drive for a i40 the next day. Test drove it, and Steve was professional throughout. It was the first time buying a new car I did not feel pressured into signing anything there and then as Steve allowed me time to think things over, but because of this this service I purchased the car as well as I loved the car.
