Poor service, asked the parts department for a replacement locking nut for my volvo (something that most dealers have in stock). I was told that they would have to order it for me from Germany. The staff in the parts department took my details and promised to call back later the same day to confirm when they have the part in stock and now three days later i am still waiting to hear back. I would have expected better service from a Volvo dealership.
I have Just picked up my new V90 and I love it, the service at Volvo was excellent and nothing was to much. Jeffrey the sales man was the most charming friendly and hospitable guy I have meet unlike the guys at BMW or Audi. So if you want a new car ask for Jeffery he saved me 5k and had my new car to me with in three days for my birthday, superb team !!
