Purchased a car recently from this company. The process of purchase went relatively well. Only problem was that the advert did not match the car. I only realised this once I'd got home (an hour away from Watford). The advert mentioned that the car had parking sensors and heated mirrors, it had neither! I asked if it would be possible to have a refund for the cost of installing these extras, but there was no flexibility from the manager. To his credit though, he did offer me a full refund, which I didn't accept as really there's no fault with the car. Just disappointed, it would have been nice to at least be offered a goodwill gesture for the mistake they made on the advert.
