I bought my current car here, and have had excellent, consistent service for over 5 years. The staff (Giggs, Nick, Mani, Dan and Steve - Service Dept) are simply the best! They are professional, courteous, good humoured, calm and a real pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough - not least of which is the service care; where a part may not be 'quite ready' to be changed; they'll discuss options with you and make recommendations on which actions to take. I will continue to be a Nissan driver if only to ensure I can continue to have my car serviced here! I've always felt truly valued as a customer - even though I only see them once a year (so reliable). I actually look forward to car services knowing all will be fine!Talking of remaining a Nissan owner, I recently spoke with Faz in the sales department - calm, informative and knowledgable - it was really nice not to be 'pushed or co-erced' but invited and assured. Thank you.
I wanted to leave another review but seems it deleted my first one! In that one I gave 5 stars & mentioned in particular Matt OMalley, salesman who was AMAZING!! Got my car in October and today took it in for 2,000 mile health check. The man who served me was lovely, dont remember his name- sorry. Once again I can honestly say Glyn Hopkin Watford Suzuki are 5 star! I dont understand any negative reviews on here, since day dot when I came in worried about part exing my car in a short time frame, Ive been fully communicated with and happy with the customer service. Was ;looking for a car for a while! Came across the Suzuki Swift by accident, after a bad experience with VW. I contacted the garage for a test drive of a Swift I had seen on their website. Zee who was the salesman. was very friendly and approachable, no question seemed silly. Love the car and would definitely recommend going through Suzuki Watford.
