Really honest and helpful sales team. Went in looking for an Octavia and after a few questions Ben Graham suggested we tried a rapid space back as was very similar and cheaper. Easy to find, get in and enough room to park. Booked for first service online, received confirmation call to check everything.On the day of service, all details were logged and scheduled accurately. Waiting area is small, but just enough seats for a given period of time, a coffee machine, TV and plenty of magazines to keep me entertained.The waiting time is 2 hours, but short service took only over an hour to complete.
