Friendly service from the moment we walked onto the forecourt straight away offered to test drive the car, so nice they do not hide behind computer screens and talked to us whilst completing the order form then had a followup call few days later to advise of their findings in the service ie worn tyres which they replaced Again when collecting the car extremely friendly they did go online to tax the car HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company
I had a great experience buying a Hyundai i10. I felt like the Croxley Car Centre team were very trustworthy, and they made it easy to do business with them. I didnt manage to negotiate a discount, so that was a tad disappointing, but to be fair the price was already more competitive than other garages Id looked at, and they did agree to fix a small mark on the rear bumper for free. Got a pre-sale service and 12 months AA breakdown cover included too, so I would recommend them to others.

Croxley Car Centre is a friendly, professional, no-fuss car dealership that helped me purchase the car I wanted. The gentlemen who work there are very helpful, not pushy and are honest about the cars that they are selling. This was the first time that I had bought a car myself, and I felt confident in what I was purchasing because of the warranty on offer and the honesty of the salesmen. Thank you in particular to Matthew who helped me through the process. Another nice touch was the no-quibble fix of the main key for the car I bought, that was unfortunately broken.
