Everytime I have called its 5 weeks lead time for the car to be looked at for potential warrenty work, car is 5 months old. If I want a service though you can fit me in this week. Why 5 weeks to be looked at for warrenty work vs this week for a service ?
Worst service ever experienced car was returned with a wet drivers seat. Tools left under the bonnet which were jammed in the wiper mechanism, confusion over the work to be carried out even though it had been authorised. Difficulty in getting acknowledgement of the vehicle being ready. Never call back when they say they will.My advise do not use the garage their sales team is the worst and it looks like the service team is going the same way. Perhaps they need a management change.
