Great service from Justin and the team, really pleased with my car ,came out fully detailed and waxed, Justin and his set up make you proud to be British.
Two stars, because they might do good work. However, I didn't get the opportunity to have the car worked on because the customer service is aggressively bad. In a country not known for customer service in the first place, RSC takes it to a whole different level. I took me car to have the pads replaced. Got a call saying the tech refused to change it. When asked why I was told that I needed to buy discs. Fair enough, but the delivery was horrible. No option to resurface, no justification what so ever. When I even questioned the need I was told to leave the workshop they invited me into. When the presumed owner talked to me, he made sure there was an audience. Absolutely horrible experience. The condescending attitude and lack of professionalism from this company was astounding.
