A pleasant suprise! Although somewhat uninspiring from the outside, the inside is very pleasant. We had a nice room, lovely staff and it's very well located in the centre of Watford.
Hotel is pretty much as expected from Best Western. Very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff make this place even better than it is :-)) would return and recommend. Parking is a little limited.
Nice hotel especially for the price. Booked last minute so was glad to get a room very close to Watford town centre at such a reasonable priceRoom was a decent size clean with a large en suite and on site parking. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is that breakfast was only until 0930
Was not happy on the first day as l did not have hot water for shower in the morning and did not have a good sleep as the room next to me were fighting couple l. Only manage to have four hours sleep. Day two was great, after voicing my concerns. good and peaceful sleep. hot water to have a shower. Room clean and tidy
Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have enough parking spaces so we had to double park.The hot water in the morning was only warm.The double beds are small.you can not regulate the heating so you end up having the window open whilst the heating is on, not very eco friendly.The staff on reception where friendly and helpful which is a plus point.
