Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very handy when attending the Warner Brothers Harry Potter experience. Car parking is limited and costs 5 per day. This is okay but I'm used to Holiday Inn Brentwood which gives free parking for people staying at the hotel
Lovely hotel just a 2 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were warm and in good order. Bathroom was especially nice. Staff are very helpful and approachable.
Myself and my daughter spent two nights B&B. The customer service was very good,the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, very clean and food was also lovely. We would definitely stay again. Thank you
Place is clean and tidy like every other holiday inn Express. Drinks and breakfast good. Room good.However I'll never go back to this one. The bedroom 414 was freezing . Heaters don't work. When I asked in the lovely warm reception they said the heating is set to the standard every one likes
Stayed for 2 nights to visit Harry Potter Studios Ideally situated next to the train station and bus transfer to the studios. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with decent sized rooms. Immaculately clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the restaurant for an evening meal...not a particularly varied menu and no kids menu but the food was nice. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the London area
