It was alright but a bit chilly.. but I would say nice anyway for the price.. On additional thought, toilets were a bit dirty and staff were unfriendly to the core. Heater was broken and with a -2 outside, windows were open and bed linens were thus frozen.
Good service very polite staff. However the remote controls for the TV are so filthy, they are radio active! If you need to use them wrap it in cling film.
Had a wonderful stay during my stay during mid October.The manger was very professional, friendly and well mannered as were the staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was to an excellent clean standard. The room was a decent size with a great onsuit bathroom. The staff were welcoming on arrival and leaving. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and will recommend to friends and family.There were great facilities in the hotel to.
Comfy bed is a plus point but room was dirty, toilet was stained and towels in short supply. No glasses in the room and no bath mat. Staff weren't overly friendly. Sited on a town centre roundabout, convenient location but noisy overnight.
On ground floor room 4. When first arriving there was dried urine all around the toilet seat (dark yellow marks so it definitely wasn't cleaning products). Windows aren't soundproofed so can here everything outside the window, terrible nights sleep, woke up 3 times in the night by cars, people smoking and chatting outside the window and some lass drunkenly talking to 2 lads.
