Beautiful grounds, beautiful building... well the original building. Visited whilst there was a wedding, all other guests were ignored... confusion over the restaurant menu and bar menu (they are completely different)
I attended a Christmas party at the end of December, the food was lovely. There was a young girl running the event from inside the room, I believe her name was Jade. The barman was also extremely helpful, I cant remember his name! I would definitely come here again for an event, l thoroughly enjoyed my evening and will encourage my workplace to have a party here again.
Small but tidy rooms. The rooms are a long walk through the hotel from the reception and restaurant area. The bar closes at 11 and the receptionist serves the drinks, but not draught beer etc. To top this off, the drinks have to be charged to the room as they dont take payment after 11:00 (odd). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking space available. Id recommend the hotel and would stop here again. Thanks
Very nice hotel with modern decor and the staff were friendly. We stayed when we visited the harry potter studio tour which is very close to the hotel. The evening meal was very nice as was the breakfast. Good value for money for the nights stay, would deffinatly stay again.
Ate at the restaurant here for a friends birthday. Sunday carvery. The whole team there were brilliant, treated us well. The food cooked well, the butternut squash soup was delicious. Thank you to everyone here for a wonderful birthday meal :-)
