Have stayed here many times. The service is amazing. The rooms do need renovating, but have all the essentials and are comfortable. The breakfast here is very good and always stocked. The lunch and dinner options are also made at a high standard. Plenty of parking and you can always get a fairly good accomodation rate.
Lift was broken, room was on third floor. Next morning no running water until 0830. At breakfast found broken glass in my yogurt parfaits. Hotel grounds look generally tired, like 1970. I'm a Hilton gold member. My room was two twin beds my preference is king. I won't book it again. Oh, almost forgot. Computer was broken on checkout, no receipt. No handicap access you'll have to haul your bags up the steps out front. Please click 'like' if you like my reviews...
Excellent service, first time staying a Hilton hotel. Highly recommended to stay at Watford Hilton hotel. Staff could not be any nicer to my family. Aloud us to check in earlier because of flight.Also just so helpful , breakfast 5 star highly recommend, everything there and so helpful.I hope to be back to this hotel very soon.
Lovely hotel stay, not much to look at from the outside but modern inside. Professional and friendly welcome at the desk and we were shown to the lift. Had a choice of room also which was nice.Had a king room on the 3rd floor away from the lifts, very large room with a massive bed. Well appointed bathroom with a good shower and toiletries. Usual TV and tea making facilities, 2 bottles of water also supplied. Breakfast was a buffet style with a large selection that would suit every taste. We had a chat with James, the Hospitality manager(?), who was telling us about the area and its history.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and a credit to all the staff who work there. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. A good base also for staying just outside London.
Stayed in the Rowling Suite, Staff very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was really good. Would've given 5 stars but the room could've used a bit of maintenance on the handle in the shower and a power socked looked a bit loose. But a good base for visiting Harry potter world.
