Great place to stay! Staff always so friendly and helpful. Clean room, excellent food!
booked this hotel while ago and they had prepared the rooms. We asked for an adapted family room, good facilities on first floor with quick lift. Very close to Warner brothers Harry Potter in fact shuttle leaves from just outside hotel although we drove there.
Goodish Hotel near Watford Junction and Town Center. Hotel is modern and clean and the staff are friendly but maybe need a lesson or two in customer satisfaction. Room was ok but bed looked small when booked a Queens bedroom. Also booked for a high floor and near lift but were given a room that didn't match this requirement and had to change after getting the room keys. Breakfast was fantastic though.
Nice modern rooms with good facilities. Stand rooms can be a little small but still perfect for a couple of days stay. Great location right next to train station and even has car park
As usual a place with clear purpose and clever meaning. The rooms are good and tidy and the staff very professional. The cafe downstairs is really good and even has a Starbucks. There is ample space for private meetings and good restaurants are a short walk from the hotel.
