Great location with clean and comfortable accommodation. We ate in the restaurant for both an evening meal and breakfast both had a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.
Interesting hotel. Great staff dealt with any query I had. Room was ok. My only gripe is the bar not available after 11 pm. But that is a pretty minor thing
I did expect the best from Watford and I did had a fantastic stay with them. Very welcoming receptionist, clean and tidy spaces, very clean room and breakfast was as expected - very good. The only 'flaw', if I can say that, is that I didn't get to remember some names. Overall experience:- exceptional customer service;- exceptional clean room;- exceptional breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay here in the summer. The staff were polite and helpful. Lovely clean rooms with super comfy beds and good food. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people.
Spotlessly clean hotel with welcoming, polite and professional staff. The bed was very comfy and the shower quite powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection . I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
