Reasonable room, breakfast was good, staff were helpful, parking plentiful. Very handy for Harry Potter World
Superbly situated ten minutes from Harry Potter World, which is why we chose it! Doesn't come with its own pub attached, so the very small restaurant is just for breakfast really, which you have to book a 40-minute slot for! The breakfast is the usual Premier Inn Fayre, and therest nothing wrong with that!
Great stay here. Staff were very helpful and lovely. Food is good, not large choice but good. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Warner studios
Big room, nice and clean and a comfy bed. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great to have free parking. Also handy having TGI Fridays and McDonald's next door. Good place to stay for visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour which is a short drive away.
A family home. It was professionalism at its best. The staff were very friendly, supportive and did what they could to make my stay enjoyable. I could not ask for more. How lovely and special I felt when the breakfast lady remembered what I was going to eat the next morning. I did not need to ask. How wonderful to not have to lift up my tray and prop it on the top of my rollator and walk around the room. A1 stars to her.How lovely it was to be greeted with a warm welcome at breakfast and dinner and be guided where I found difficulty understanding. Just these few words, "DID YOU ENJOY YOUR DAY?' Upon returning in the evening showed and demonstrates an element of care for the customers. I definitely would recommend this branch to anyone who is travelling and keen to stay in Watford North. The staff have been well trained and demonstrate quality in their mannerisms, to please those who enter the building. A massive word of thanks and gratitude to all.
