What can I say... I wasn't there for the best of reasons.... family court :(The building is old but clean. Well signposted and staffed, which is all that really matters. Security of course is important and was tight and therefore comforting. No parking on site, but plenty of options within walking distance, and at a reasonable price too.
Great management really cares about the people in the building.Hard working team behind her.Dont be put off by the fake negative reviews posted.
Been living here for over a month now, it's really convenient for Watford Junction station. The room is compact and bijou but as a place to live during the week it's just right. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have lived in The Quarters Watford, for 8 months. During this time, I've lived in 3 different rooms that they offer and I've enjoyed my time in each one of them. I found each room extremely liveable and felt really comfortable. Moving from each room (on various floors) was made very easy, with the help of Agata! Any problem I've had gets sorted within days of letting management know. Living by yourself, in a different town can be really lonely but the whole team behind the scenes make it such a welcoming place to live!
Location is perfect as you are close to the town centre and the junction station. The accommodation is clean and modern. Katie and Aga are very helpful and make you feel welcome, making the moving in process stress free. Any minor issues that I have had, have been quickly dealt with by Katie and her team. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a medium to long term renting solution.
